This is my daughter's French Bulldog. She said that he scoots his dog bed over to her bed so that when she wakes up in the morning, his bed is as close to her bed as possible. Isn't he cute?! I found this artist, Jennifer Mercede, and fell in love with the freedom of her artwork. I was inspired by this piece and decided to make something similar. The end product didn't look similar, but my work was inspired by her Hippo:
