Handmade Giraffe Stuffed Animal
So...I've been on a pillow kick lately...
The bedding looks like this:
And...flip it over and you get a tooth fairy pocket with flowers coming out!!!!
But I kinda like it sitting on this desk in my living room...

Storage Containers for Art Supplies
For as long as I can remember, I have recycled old cool whip and sour cream tubs to use for art projects and storage, but they aren't pretty. An easy fix is to glue wrapping paper around the container. You can even tape clear packing tape on top of it to create a wipeable surface. Another great option is to label the tubs with the sticker letters found in the scrapbook section at big box and craft stores.
Fall Craft Ideas
Today we made crafts from acorns and leaves. We have the advantage of having beautiful trees on our property and lots of leaves and acorns to choose from...my preschooler was a sweet helper while we scavenged for and filled a bucket with acorns and leaves. She glued the whole acorn to the page, while my elementary aged child preferred to use what we called the acorn "hats" to glue on the paper.
